China is a country of amazing contrast. 9. Catch a bullet The train system in China is very advanced and widespread. One of the best features are their bullet trains, which travel up to 400km/hr. Grab a window seat and feel the rush as the trains pass each other. Slow down to see the sights

10. Gam bei! – drink Baijiu All countries have their own local drop which is part of their custom. In China, it is Baijiu, a white spirit commonly made from sorghum or rice. Normally served in small 15-20mL glasses, it is pretty potent, and to the cheers of “Gam bei” (lit. drain glass) is a great way to make friends.
